Uploading assets for back up and to share with Sales and Marketing.

Copy / paste is counterintuitive; ie, you must be "inside" a folder to copy it
Would love option to have multiple trees open to copy paste between without excess navigation

Ease of searching saves time to find assets
It is a huge task to populate and upload assets appropriately, but will save time in future
Ability to share links saves time

I contacted support one time. There was a bit of response lag, and the answer was not especially clear or easy to understand for the issue.
