Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
Having knowledge of how deals eventually get reflected in comms is refreshing and the transparency we get around this is. In past, it's been a bit of a black box and we just get payouts of some unknown amount - woo... But now I get to know where it all comes from and how it's calculated. The main business problem it addresses for me is that as a commission earning rep, I now know exactly how my work is reflected in the variable portion of my salary.
