Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ for commission tracking. Primarily the Sales team's management and sales. It gives us a good summary location and drills down details on commission earned showing the Sales team their monthly/quarterly commission payouts in an easy way.

Management chose it but I've used it in previous jobs. It's growing its customer base nowadays precisely because of its functionality.
