Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ to calculate commission compensation for our Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.
  • Offer flexibility in commission plan creation.
  • Provide versatile tools for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Integrates well with other tools like Salesforce and Docusign.
  • On large, complex worksheets, load times are longer than I would like.
  • I wish we had more options for assigning specific permissions to different users for SOX compliance.
  • Flexible plan creation.
  • Streamlined/automated the commission calculation process.

It's an excellent tool for creating commission plans and then applying those plans to sales data to calculate commission payouts. It also provides statements to the reps, as well as reports that I can use for internal stakeholders and/or Payroll.
