Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use captivate for commission tracking and payouts. Every commissioned person at our organization has a profile and is able to see their commission payouts and reports each pay period. Captivate also keeps all clawbacks, spiffs, product categories, and misc payouts in the same spot. It makes it very easy to see current and all previous pay periods.

Way easier to navigate pulls data from other sources faster and easier, much less obtrusive and clunky. Captivate allows for multiple integration points where other platforms don’t. It is simple for our reps to use with very little training. Other systems require at least one training session to teach you how to use them. Not captivate!

I know it may sound a bit cliche, but I don’t find any problems with Captivate. It is extremely easy to use, integrates with our single sign-on approach, and makes the download of reports or filing of disputes extremely easy. If I forget to approve, it sends me customized reminders to approve that report. I highly appreciate Captivate.
