Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use CaptivateIQ to see our monthly commission, which deals have closed and when they closed. Along with the projection of our monthly quota. The total payout and how much we are getting paid out for each meeting we book. We also use it for reporting to our managers on monthly performance.

Only rating it this low because I’ve seen it not work and it take a couple of days to get back on track. One time it was down for an entire month. Since I am just a user and not an admin I wasn’t the one who reached out to support to fix it but I can’t imagine the support was great given it was down for so long.

It is best suited for automating commission tracking and commission payouts. Each month all we have to do is review our commission and approve the payout. Which hasn’t been wrong in the year I’ve used it. I know there are more capabilities but it seems to work really well just for tracking and approving commission payouts
