Celonis monitors open orders in procurement and order management, identifying inefficiencies in the supply chain, particularly regarding stock levels and material range. We are currently discussing Value Training provided by Celonis. We attended some webinars, but those were more sales pitches than info sessions. We subscribed to Premium Support, which was quite bumpy in the beginning but has gotten better.
We replaced manual Excel and SharePoint lists. We also reduced the number of regular alignment calls by using the comments feature in operational apps. Furthermore, Celonis helps us visualize the differences between R/3 and S/4.
