It's being used primarily within the sales team to directly capture their conversations and risks as well as be a reference point for current opportunities. It's also used for coaching the team on best practices, and by folks across the product team, customer success, marketing, and executive team to understand how customers perceive us, gaps we can fill, additional products or services we should build/offer, etc. It allows marketing to better control our brand messaging, and is used as a reference guide for various aspects of the business.

It is great for coaching, training, and on-boarding new team members. It's utilized to share quality points of a conversation in our weekly sales meetings so that other team members can learn to manage a conversation, handle an objection, speak to a technical aspect of our product suite, etc.
