It is really helpful, especially in the remote environment, to hear peers and listen to calls in the background, while doing other tasks.

This is the only product like this I have used before. It has been great!
Pre-call prep. Listening to a previous recording and really getting to know the customer and what they are looking for beforehand.
I have not utilized these resources.
Chorus is great for learning and continuing to learn. It is also nice to relisten to calls and pick up on missed items. I have used it to prepare for calls where someone else has already spoken to the client and it has helped me seem more prepared and ready.
