Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

  • Call Review
  • Coaching & Skill Development
  • Voice of Customer & Disseminating Success Stories
We mainly use Chorus.ai in our sales organization to train sales reps with their messaging, overcoming obstacles, and to analyzing follow-up questions and next steps. We're particularly fond of the option to tag certain phrases and use that to pick out points when our competitors are brought into the conversation.
  • Being able to cut snippets of calls and share them
  • Visualizing when individual participants speak on a call
  • Ability to search for keywords and listen to those areas of a call
  • Zoom's transcriptions are more accurate
  • Improved follow-ups from sales reps on opportunities
We evaluated both Chorus.ai and Gong.io in depth, but opted to use Chorus.ai since it seemed to have some more advanced features, such as custom keyword tracking. I preferred Gong.io's UI, as it was more streamlined and simplified at the time, but honestly either tool would be a great addition to any sales team.
It's a new addition to the stack that we haven't budgeted for in the past. We have it loosely integrated with Salesforce but could probably maximize it in a better fashion.
Our customer success team has created a leaderboard of call scores and uses them to train against common issues.
Our sales rep was very hands on, and we've had some calls with their product managers to share feedback and assess new ideas that they are adding to the platform. They've done a great job overall in giving us access to new betas.
This can be a great tool if used properly to analyze a sales team's calls, and share "highlight reels" for incoming hires. Our team doesn't have the bandwidth to maximize use of the tool, but as we continue to grow, it'll be a larger part of our strategy and training.
