  • Voice of Customer & Disseminating Success Stories is being used by our entire sales team as well as other customer facing functional groups. It is super great for collaboration and bringing people up to speed on projects. You can review customer calls and identify areas of improvement, and you can always go back to previous meetings to refresh memories.

Not much really. has been a great tool for me. You can record the whole meeting, and via the snippet function, you can actually cut some parts of the video recording and then send it to different people depending on their interest areas. I'm not sure if this is common in any other tools, but I find this feature very useful. fits well in the sales process. I like how our meetings are automatically recorded, so you don't have to remember to do it every time you have a customer meeting. The transcript is also nice that you can search in your conversations about key information that you can not remember after a few days post meeting.
I'm not sure if there is anything innovative or unique about the way my company uses We basically use it to record customer facing meetings, that way, we can come back and revisit what has been discussed. Also, we can share the meeting with colleagues for further collaboration efforts.
Luckily, I have not needed to contact support yet. In my opinion, I think is a good product so far. It really helps the sales team to be more effective, and helps with coaching. also is very useful in getting members on board. You can share previous recorded sessions with the new team member so that they can learn from more seasoned reps.
Great for discovery calls. Helps you go back and revisit customer needs. When you're in the meeting, you don't need to take notes, and you can always come back and visit it again. This is a great tool for you to look at your own performance, and help you improve your own sales techniques.
