Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

We record all customer calls. Its easy to send the recording out after the call and later I'm notified when the client listens to the recording. Its a good way to qualify the opportunity if that recording is viewed multiple times.

I also use the recordings for internal calls. We have a training group who reviews the recording and scores the sales team. This is super helpful for direct feedback and improvement.
  • Getting a notification when someone views the recording.
  • Being able to search for next steps or a competitors name.
  • Would like to upload recordings to Chorus. Rare occasions the recorder doesn't join and I will use Zoom.io to record the session. It would still be useful to have this in the Chorus database and send to clients through a chorus link.
  • Improved Win Rates
Edit or trim the recording before sending it out.
View notifications when people watch the recording.
Note taking.
I've never used anything like this before.
We are graded on our calls. If you are scored higher you will receive commission and ultimately a raise for those scores.

Best scenarios are client facing meetings, early stage calls, demonstrations that are long and I can't take all the notes. .
Worst scenarios are reference calls you arrange for a client. Partner calls that don't want the recording on.
