As an individual contributor, my knowledge is limited. I'm thinking it's used by the Sales Group primarily, both by AE's & SDR's, for the items I've checked off.
- Audio/video has always been clear.
- The snippet feature, when mastered, is valuable for sharing info.
- Fairly intuitive.
- The snippet feature is good in theory, difficult to execute.
- Is there a tutorial?
- The transcription service could be sharper.
