The main usage of Chorus.ai for us as a firm has been the ability to play back meetings in order to fully understand and remember key points, wants and needs from clients and to have evidence regarding what they required. This allowed us to fulfill their needs as we know exactly what they required.
  • The recording.
  • User interface.
  • Helpdesk replies.
  • Auto subtitles for playback.
  • Faster loading times.
  • Phone App?
  • Shorter turnaround time.
  • More accurate matches.
  • Being able to handle more work.
The closest comparison I have is with pen and paper notes! And/or screenshots or my own phone recordings which is very rare and pales in comparison.
There has been no unexpected or innovative ways that my organization has been able to use Chorus.ai. However as already mentioned prior, there has been many positive impacts. Some of the positive impacts:
  1. Faster turnaround time.
  2. Being able to multi task.
  3. Having evidence.
This has been amazing, the turnaround time was very quick, all answers answered satisfactorily and if I'm not mistaken, I have also received emails reminding me about Chorus.ai and am safe in the knowledge that if and when I need further information, apart from contacting helpdesk straight, I could look through my old emails!
Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to use other products and am very happy with Chorus.ai at the moment. The reason why I am using Chorus.ai is because this has been rolled out directly straight from out headquarters which is fine. No need for me to have comparisons with other products currently.
It may not be so appropriate in some countries or some companies where their company culture is a bit more private and they may not be as open to being recorded. However most of the time, after explaining to them, most understand the reasons for this and are eventually fine with being recorded.
