We use Chorus.ai for multiple use cases at our organization. Apart from using it for recording calls and call coaching, we also use it for training new joinees---recording training videos . We also use it to get analytics on Market intelligence based on our customer calls about the product and competition. It's used widely by our Sales and Customer Success team and has helped us bring a lot of process improvements in our customers' engagement.

  • You can choose to share snippets and also choose to save those snippets.
  • It does a great job in generating audio transcripts.
  • The new feature rollout where it automatically send you notes from the calls about the next steps is impressive.

We use different playlists to create a collection of calls that can be used for training for new and existing reps. We have created different playlists for each product, competitor, industry, etc.
We use the dashboard and scorecards to see how each team is doing in terms of their customer meetings and use this as a tool for our pipeline forecasting.
We have integrated it with our CRM so each call is logged in the CRM along with topics of discussion and next steps.
It fits perfectly well with our existing tech stack. It is synced with our Gmail and CRM - Salesforce. It automatically records all external calls and there hasn't been any glitch or issue we have faced till now. It also automatically logs all customer calls to CRM along with the recording link and meeting notes taking away our team's efforts required in doing so. We were previously using Wingman, but it lacked a lot of features and we are happy we made that decision.
We have used Chorus to make training videos for new hires, put them in playlists. We also use Chorus.ai as a learning and training platform. The new reps can also record their assignments on Chorus.ai and share them with their managers for reviews.
Their customer support team is highly responsive. We have a support package and their team gets back to us in short amount of time. Our issues are resolved pretty quickly except for the ones that require deep technical assistance. There were 2-3 times where there was a downtime which affected our work but we haven't faced it in last couple of months.
The major reason we selected Chorus.ai was because of its accuracy in generating transcripts. It was the most accurate as compared to other tools we evaluated. Moreover, it had a lot more features than other tools and we really liked the company's roadmap for bringing new features and functionalities.

It is well suited for recording internal and external calls for reviews and coaching. It also works pretty well in generating analytics, identifying keywords, generating transcripts etc. However, it isn't the best tool to be used as a training platform.
