Our entire revenue org uses Chorus.ai heavily to record prospect calls and existing customer calls. We then use them to analyze and learn from them. We also use them to train new hires throughout their onboarding. It's been an extremely helpful tool.

It integrates really well with Google Calendar and Zoom.
For training has been a really positive impact and something I haven't used it for in the past. More so, just for external sharing.

Chorus.ai is excellent for when you're going through workshops or implementation reviews because then you can share this both internally and externally. Customers love that it's a quick link and can share with members who couldn't attend.
