Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
Internal calls with colleagues, external calls with customers, and listening to training videos and demonstrations. We sit in a crowded office with quite a lot of people in, and these headsets seem to perform better than other brands for both the users and other people on the calls
- Fit - I seem to have an odd shaped head
- External noise reduction
- Volume is good to block out busy office sounds
- I am not sure why, but when I move my head sometimes it seems to pause whatever I am listening to. I cannot figure out why.
- Easy Visible battery life.
- My ears sometimes get really hot after using for over an hour straight.
- Able to work in small environment
- Able to work in a busier environment
- Easy of use and set up. I wish others would have been so easy
I did have another set, which seemed to have a large range from my laptop. Sometimes I like to walk around the office whilst on a call. But this might be the laptop also, which I changed at the same time I changed to Cisco Headsets.
I find myself repeating my a lot less than I did with my old headphones or in fact my apple headphones when I am in the busy office. Also a lot of my colleagues are using these headphones too, and I can hear them better when I am on calls and in meetings with them too. Great work.
I didn't even know these customisation settings and manageability options were available. Perhaps you need to improve or include some marketing literature or sign up for monthly emails which shares such information with users. I would have benefitted a lot from this as I also take a lot of calls from my mobile phone also.
The battery on the Jabra was bad. Once the battery gets low, and you get a warning that it is getting low you have seconds to plug it in. And I mean seconds. And once the battery has gone, and plug it in, not only does it take ages to recharge, it also takes ages to get volume coming back through the headphones. Often missing vital parts of a meeting.
