Cisco Umbrella is a very modular product and easy to connect with other products since it is a DNS server.
We have configured our DHCP servers that the IPs of the DNS servers are those of Cisco Umbrella.
Likewise, in small offices, we have configured the IPs of the Cisco Umbrella DNS servers in our electronic network and APs.

Previously we used the Squid browsing proxy for DNS filtering.
The problem is that it was all very manual, you had to define the urls to which you should give access or which you wanted to deny, but it was the IT staff who had to maintain this list.
The Squid interface was the console and when you already had a list of urls configured it was very difficult to maintain it.
With this tool, manual maintenance has been eliminated and the lists are always up-to-date.
With this we have achieved that manual maintenance is minimal.
