Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We are currently using Cisco Webex Teams to effectively communicate and collaborate within departments. Given a large number of departments within the organization we have found this software to be very effective for our remote users who are not on location or need to be out in the field during site visits.
- Optimized workflow.
- Remote use.
- Software was bogged down in the past but seems to have been fixed.
- Support can be a bit lacking.
- This has enabled us to cut down on travel.
- Allows users move flexibility.
The vendor now responds in a very timely manner and our issues and questions are promptly answered. Support has done a very good job at addressing these issues in a simple manner as such our IT department does not always need to get involved. Usually, a manager from the department can reach out directly and resolve the issue.
This system is now being used by the entire organization and all departments within. We have standardized this software and made it our main communications software for collaborating within and between departments. This can be used in groups of 10 to 15 users at a time for smaller meetings. We have since rolled this out to other departments successfully.
- N/A
We have currently not integrated this with any other solutions.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Currently, this has been the only solution we have tested and due to its success in meeting all our criteria, we have continued to use this. We do not foresee any future changes unless our immediate needs for communication and virtual collaborative spaces changes. At that point, we will further explore our options.

Webex App Feature Ratings
Evaluating Webex App and Competitors
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
- Positive Sales Experience with the Vendor
Price and features were a large factor for us when choosing to go with Cisco Webex Teams. As well as integration with other applications in our environment. It also needed to be something users could adapt to quickly and use with ease. The learning curve was very important to us.
I believe we would keep the evaluation the same. Our process allowed us to fully evaluate the pros and cons when making our decision. We also used feedback from technicians who are in the field which helped us to pinpoint any potential issues there might have been.
