Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)
[It's a] Very excellent collaboration tool. We use it a lot in the company to create some very nice features like chat bots, creating communities, sending advice or info. We also use it to support end users. The Webex support tool is very complete and it is easy to use.
