Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)

We use Cisco Webex Teams across the whole organization. It has proven to be a valuable asset to solve communication problems and needs such as corporate chat, ticketing management and other needs.
  • Easy to use corporate chat
  • Easy user enrollment
  • Easy deployment
  • Push notifications for Android devices - I never receive them.
  • Differences between spaces and teams, better induction.
  • Option to reset passwords and other management options on the console.
  • it has improved the productivity across all organization
The interface is way friendlier not only for the end user but for the admin. The console is super intuitive that even someone like me that had zero technical background was able to master the administration.
Because I have never been able to successfully contact it.
