Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams

Con WebEx teams estamos todos conectados en cualquier momento, en cualquier lugar.

With WebEx teams we are all connected anytime, anywhere.
  • Misma interfaz en todos los dispositivos. // Same interface on all devices.
  • Me resultó complicada la integración con los expressway. // The integration with the Cisco Expressway tools was complicated.
  • Verificar el ROI no está en mis tareas. // Verifying the ROI is not in my tasks.
Tener CUCM y todo unificado. // Cisco Webex Teams works with CUCM really well (while the others do not).
Todo muy bien documentado, quizás demasiado para algunas programaciones. // All very well documented, perhaps too much for some programming.

Cisco Webex Experience

The truth its we don care about real-time transcription, note-taking or personalization, but we love automatic noise suppression on webex specially when on the webex some colleague dont have the best mic to use and start to typing on a annoying keyboard. (This its for you coworker, but please, everybody get a decent mic for any video)
Recently we adquired a Webex Board and our Manager want everyday make a webex just to use the board. Its working perfectly good.
Cisco Webex Teams provide all what we need, and some time they release or announced some features we think that were not possible. All our user can make a webex with only 2 click from the calendar, and our partners can connect easily to our personal room. Webex help us a lot on this covid-19 situation.
