Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp for managing marketing and technology initiatives, ranging from simple schedules in Kanban to full-blown Scrum projects within the IT Department, including support desk and some asset management. It come to replace several other platforms, increasing collaboration between team members and even between departments. Its ease of use and customization aided in transforming the way projects are handled in the organization.

Best for small teams doing small development or bug tracking, marketing, and procurement teams. Small desk support just to keep track of requests. The list creation feature can let you excel if they are well created in some other areas, such as asset management or release requests between development teams.
