Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

Our organization currently use for mainly those functionalities.
  1. Project Management / Both technical and functional Projects
  2. Management of content development and campaign scheduling
  3. Manage Supplier Development
  4. Manage Daily tasks
  5. Manage team capacity
The scope is both for e-commerce dedicated teams that need to develop new features or keep day to day operations. Or corporate purposes of planning.
  • Gantt Chart are Useful
  • task list management
  • Document Creation
  • Automatism of task
  • Delegation of activities
  • Calendar Management
  • Dashboard creation
  • Workload management
  • Integration with other platforms such as microsoft teams
  • UI Design and colors for dashboards
  • We reduced quantity of platforms to manage projects
  • We increased productivity by reducing quantity of emails for task
We have improved overall collaboration for projects. In detail, we avoid meetings for delegating and defining tasks, that are already set and clear in ClickUp. And it is easier to follow multiple projects at once.

Objectives, brainstorming sessions are handled out of the tool, but the results are tracked in ClickUp.
ClickUp automatized repetitive tasks that have a specific flow. So instead of passing the cards of activities between users. we have automations in place that do it without human intervention. Additionally we have templates that facilitates the creation of new tasks, projects and recurring activities that multiple teams have to perform .
We have compared different parameters such as usability, functionalities, cost, learning curve. And in the ended opted in for ClickUp due to a higher match with our requests.

I would recommend ClickUp for all the functions that have to deal with the management of activities and teams. In detail Project managers, calendar managers, product managers and others that want to have both the detailed and macro views.

I would not use it for IT ticket handling on a day to day basis, because it would require some configuration. eventough is possible and easy to do.
