Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur is used to force employees to travel within a defined policies of approved resources. It is set up containing the preferred hotels, airlines, car rentals, etc. that have negotiated rates with our organization.
- Red-flags out of scope bookings.
- Provides negotiated rates at preferred service providers.
- When using a provider that is not preferred, the rates for those providers are typically higher than booking privately.
- In house training for day to day user needs is limited.
- Because the rates through Concur often exceeded best rates offered as an individual, people often opted to save the money and book directly.
