Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is being used companywide for processing travel and expense. It is helping employees to manage all the travel plans and related expenses.
- It manages receipts efficiently.
- It allows mobile document scanning.
- It is very easy to use.
- It could use auto-fill function for frequently used words.
- It saves time for managing travel and expense issues.
- It is managing reimbursement efficiently.
We used in-house software before. We selected Concur since it is well regarded in the industry. It is much better than our in-house solution.
We are using it independently for now. However I think it will integrate well with other software or ERP system if needed.
I think its document scanning functionality is very innovative. It saves lots of time compared to prior use of manual data input. Also it reduces input error significantly.
It definitely improved user experience related travel and expense management. Prior to Concur, travel and expense was one of the main work for office managers but now every employee is doing his/her travel expense work by themselves.
