Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense worked great and has solved the complex travel and expense management through fast invoice loading, linking it with claim and processing it seamlessly. The best part is, we can send all the digital invoices via registered email to single email id without providing any description or subject, and all the invoices made available in the claim form. Second best feature I like is itemization of the claim.

- The same invoice image can't be used twice if the invoice has two claims components in it. We have uploaded the invoice image twice.
- Finding the older claims list is not that straightforward. I need to try multiple options before I find the historical claims. Can't remember the steps involved all the time.
