Conductor is being utilized by the marketing department - specifically the digital marketing team that works on the organization's website and blog. It allows us to track content performance and keyword rankings.
- Robust, full SEO suite – performs the job of many individual SEO, one purpose SEO tools.
- Customizable – setting up content and keyword groups gives ability to look at data in a number of different ways via dashboards.
- Customer journey mapping capabilities.
- Requires a significant time investment to maintain, set up tracking, keyword groups, etc.
- Conductor’s one-off competitor keyword visibility discovery/analysis (Domain Explorer) is significantly more limited than BrightEdge’s DataCube.
- Improved search rank position.
- Provided data to help inform business decisions.
- Increased organizational perceived value of SEO.
The quality and quantity of Conductor's keyword ranking data is great. It is very important for us to be able to quantify updates we make to content. It is helpful that Conductor is now able to automatically track changes we make to our website. Unfortunately the tool does not integrate with our analytics software.
Our SEO and content team is one team, so both areas of the team collaborate and find value around using the tool.
