We are using Conga CPQ for product modeling , configuration and quoting.
- Regular release which allows enhancements & new features to be added
- User friendly , Good User experience
- Compatibility with XA , which allows the data migration between orgs smooth
- Allows & supports customization
- Delay in introducing expected features
- scalability
- Compatibility with other migration tools
- Improved efficiency
- Sandbox is slower
- Faster contract processing
In my opinion, Conga CPQ do help in faster product configuration and placing the orders . it has simplified the process for our org. User experience reported with this tool has been good . The simplified UI is user friendly.
