Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
One user (me) uses it to assist users with computer and software problems at 13 locations.
- The connection process is fairly easy.
- I have found very little latency when connected.
- The remote image quality is very good.
- Everything seems to work well... any shortcomings seem to be mine, I haven't made time to review any of the documentation, so I just sort of plow my way through getting connected. The interface is fairly intuitive.
- Far, far better and cheaper than a site visit!
This is my first software of this type I have used. I have had support people use Bomgar, it seemed to be OK on my end.
