ConnectWise is currently used for in house IT support of staff around the world.

It allows a fast and convenient way to keep everybody working.

Remote control of users' Macs and PCs to allow quick resolves of any issues they are having

Some users appear to have difficulty downloading the ConnectWise client, especially on Apple Macs where permission needs to be given to open an app from an "unidentified developer"

Previously used TeamViewer but found the increasing cost prohibitive for a small IT dept.

Price was a major factor in our choice of ConnectWise, as was the fact Zoho Assist triggered a virus warning when downloaded

Very well suited to supporting members of staff when they are traveling (some are away from their home office for extended periods of time).
