Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise is currently used for in house IT support of staff around the world.
It allows a fast and convenient way to keep everybody working.
  • Remote control of users' Macs and PCs to allow quick resolves of any issues they are having
  • Some users appear to have difficulty downloading the ConnectWise client, especially on Apple Macs where permission needs to be given to open an app from an "unidentified developer"
  • Previously used TeamViewer but found the increasing cost prohibitive for a small IT dept.
Price was a major factor in our choice of ConnectWise, as was the fact Zoho Assist triggered a virus warning when downloaded
Very well suited to supporting members of staff when they are traveling (some are away from their home office for extended periods of time).
