Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ConnectWise for our IT customers. We are an MSP so it is very convenient to have the remote support access that is extremely simple to use.
  • Love how the software has the built in file transfer protocol
  • The technician toolbox always comes in handy
  • The constant access is a must
  • As of right now I do not have any complaints
  • Technicians are able to work smarter with doing more than one remote at a time
  • Cost is very reasonable
platform is easier to use and understand
We have customers that have a server and it is nice to be able to install the agent for the total access so at any time from anywhere we can pop in and out when needed.
