Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact to send email blasts out to all of our customers. I love it!! It is easy to use, has a nice templates and works great. The analytics are also excellent on the back end. It gets our message and brand out quickly!!!! We also use it to post and schedule messages on social media. I love this feature.
- Constant Contact is very easy to use. This speaks for itself.
- Great Analytics. It is easy to see who opened up your email, which emails were bounced, who unsubscribed, etc...
- I like it exactly how it is.
- Yes it has faster lead conversion!!! It also is very effective in getting any offers or promotions we have out to our guests. This increases our income.
This is the only one I have used and I love it!!

Using Constant Contact
They handle all the marketing for all four of our properties.
1 - I feel that an average person can use constant contact. It is very easy to use. I myself have a strong computer and graphic arts background which makes it even easier for me to use.
- We use constant contact to send out email blasts for all of our properties.
- We use constant contact to keep all of our email addresses that we receive from our guests and to categorize them.
- We use constant contact to get any promotions or coupons we have going on. To announce upcoming entertainment or anything else any of our properties want to share with our guests.
- We really use it for its intended purpose. However, I love the social media share feature which I can use to schedule facebook posts in advance.
- I am not sure exactly. We could take advantage of more features that constant contact has like. We could use it to create a survey.

This single most factor in our decision was its ease of use and price. Customer Service is great also.
I would not change anything. I looked for a product like this and found it.

No - We usually try to cut costs where we can and find out answers online if possible. If depends though if it is a program we have like our catering and takeout software. We would have to buy a tech support plan.
The other day I had a question about deleting customers that have unsubscribed from my contact list. I called and they helped me fix it right away.

- I think it is very easy to use the templates provided with constant contact. They have enough to choose from.
- It is very very easy to import graphics into an email.
- It is extremely easy to create a link to an outside website.
- I think constant contact is easy to use all the way around. Maybe it could be just a little easier to maintain your contacts.
Yes - I have not used this feature yet.
