Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We mainly use it for speaker management for our conferences. We use it to be able to customize our forms and it allows our speakers to submit their content to us as well. It’s easy to use and speakers can do it from their phones. I can easily accept or reject speaker submissions as well.

Google Forms and Typeform

This was already in place when I started at my organization. Because I can import or transfer the speaker info into the event management side, it’s a great option. The other two software work too but I’d have to import their info into the system instead of it being there already

It’s great for planning conferences or events where speakers or panelists will be involved. I don’t have to chase them down or ask repeatedly for things. They can access the platform at anytime to complete the information needed. Once completed I can showcase the information on the event management page.
