Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Several departments use it. Out department uses it for medical education events. Some departments use it for internal events.
- Houses all registrations in one place, and can capture all the data needed to have someone be able to attend the event.
- Allows registrants to pay right then and there as they register, which is very convenient.
- Correspondence, like sending emails, is very easy.
- Some reports have certain fields that they allow, and others have only specific fields you can choose from -- why not just allow them all to be available?
- Formatting is still tricky in emails.
- Reporting is great, but some people think they look too confusing and still have to sort.
- Easier registration sites, so more people are signing up instead of getting frustrated halfway and quitting.
- Ease of use, like above, means our guests are more pleased with the experience.
- Before I was hired and showed my team how to properly use the custom data tags to our advantage, they were still manually adding data to every single email they sent out. So they would take the emails in a word document and change the dates, event titles, times, locations all by hand, and we're talking at least nine emails, and we had at least three for each registration path we use. It was crazy and took so much time! So, I looked like a hero saving all of that time for my entire team thanks to Cvent. :)
