Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Cvent Event Management to manage meetings that our clients are conducting. We create websites and have registration with multiple paths, housing, air travel, and automated emails and surveys.

Alternatives Considered

I have not used any other product or company to do the tasks that I am doing in Cvent Event Management.

I give it this rating because most of my questions the support team is able to answer. However, there are some questions that I can not find the answer in Cvent Community, and when I call the support line, they do not provide any insight or do not answer my question in its entirety.

Internal team meeting with a calendar invite does not need to go through Cvent Event Management, but if there are external attendees such as vendors or attendees outside of the organization, then Cvent should be used. It will allow the team managing the event to have all registrations in one place and be able to monitor all registrations and declines in one place.
