Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Cvent Event Management is used throughout many departments in our company. Clients will send meeting request forms through Cvent, our sourcing team uses Cvent to find meeting location options, and our event websites and registration sites are created in Cvent. We also use Cvent to manage attendees and room blocks and on-site at events.
- Registration - with all of the options available for this there is always a way to make it work no matter the type of event.
- Flex Website Design - this newer feature is looking great and will help make the website more unique for each client.
- The media library used to adding photos to websites is a big miss for me. It's not an efficient photo library and needs a lot of updating to make it more user-friendly.
- Reporting - while reporting is getting better there are areas that still need updating. Having quicker access to key data about events on the main overview page would be a way to step this up.
- Being able to report to clients or potential clients on many areas of their events has helped increase business. We can use data to add on additional services they may not have requested.
