Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We host 2 conferences per year and have utilized Cvent Event Management since going hybrid; offering both in-person and virtual experiences. Cvent has consolidated multiple platforms into one for us: event management, registration, website, virtual conference website and mobile app, which has also helped consolidate staff resources on our conferences within these areas and streamline & lower costs.

Aventri doesn't compare. Aventri only has event management in regards to registration. We had to host our mobile app separately which is not ideal. Aventri was behind the times and was not evolving or adapting as quickly as Cvent. We would highly recommend Cvent to anyone looking for a reputable and top notch platform.

Cvent Event Management is suitable for all events, as it has positively complex customizations that you can do so much! It has helped us streamline many processes and resources and lower costs (both hard and soft). The customer service/client success team is also top notch and there hasn't been a problem they couldn't solve.
