Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We use D&B to check the credit of our potential and existing customers. It helps us determine their credit worthiness and gives us an idea or where we need to start their credit limit, etc. We check several companies per month both US and International based
- Has a robust database of companies, can usually find who we are looking for
- Provides good information on risk and payment history
- Is easy to use and the reports are easy to follow
- The recent credit limit change on the reports is confusing. It only lists a max now
- Improved Cash Flow
- More accurate terms and credit limits extended to customers
- Notifications of possible flags on current customers
The reports received help a lot and acurratelt show a company's history. We rely heavily on D&B to extend terms and credit to customers based on the reports available
We have had D&B for so long I cannot remember the transisition very well. We used to check everyone's references and it was time consuming and cumbersome. It was easy to search customers and get the reports needed once we moved to D&B
Since implementing D&B years ago, we have not had a need to evaluate any other products.
