Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Time keeper and communication with employees. Accounts for time for payroll through ADP and helps communicate to others.
  • Allows employees to punch in/ out on their phone
  • accounts for time and breaks for payroll
  • Allows us to communicate with employees who work remotely via newsfeed
  • Very challenging to chat with the help desk and takes a long time, then they transfer to another person and you must start over.
  • Need to be able to reach live person for troubleshooting more easily.
  • Always seem to have difficult with syncing time clock hours with ADP.
  • Need to sync better to ADP or will consider using another method of time keeping.
  • Time saved (when it works correctly) for payroll hours.
No other time keepers used prior to Deputy.

The only complaints are with syncing to ADP, very challenging and with calculating OT in the new format.
It was very tedious and challenging process to set up the syncing process with ADP. ADP referred us to Deputy and Deputy referred us to ADP when there were errors. No one stepped up and really helped us until we begged for managers. Also, once we set this process up, we lost all old data and had to download reports.
Time keeper with other Mosquito Joe owners in the nation that have similar needs. Not sure of scenarios that are less appropriate.
