Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Time keeper and communication with employees. Accounts for time for payroll through ADP and helps communicate to others.
- Allows employees to punch in/ out on their phone
- accounts for time and breaks for payroll
- Allows us to communicate with employees who work remotely via newsfeed
- Very challenging to chat with the help desk and takes a long time, then they transfer to another person and you must start over.
- Need to be able to reach live person for troubleshooting more easily.
- Always seem to have difficult with syncing time clock hours with ADP.
- Need to sync better to ADP or will consider using another method of time keeping.
- Time saved (when it works correctly) for payroll hours.
No other time keepers used prior to Deputy.
