Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy as our scheduling app for all of our employees so they can create their own schedule.
  • Being able to add multiple locations.
  • Being able to add multiple employees.
  • Being able to copy shifts so it can be posted for more then one day.
  • It freezes up on employees sometime and they have to log out and log back in.
  • Being able to add people to multiple locations.
  • Improved payroll accuracy.
  • helped us post multiple shifts for different locations.
  • Easy to learn how to use when we first opened.
I haven't tried any other companies. Deputy looked like the most popular scheduling app according to Google so this is what we decided to use.

Deputy works great for what we use it for. I don't have many complaints and other than the lagging we have not had any issues with it.
It works great for posting shifts and having employees sign up for shifts. It does get overloaded sometimes and like to freeze up causing it not to show any shifts for employees and causing them to have to log out and log back in to refresh it. Overall it works pretty well for our company.
