Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Deputy is used by each employee across the whole organization.
We use it to make sure employees arrive on time and clock in & out from their job location.
It is both a tool to verify and record all their hours as well as a tool to make sure they clock in and clock out from our client's premises and not from home or elsewhere.
I also use it to record that they are Covid free at the beginning of their shift.
I am going to implement a questionnaire at the end of their shift as well to have them state that they took all their legal breaks.

Pros
- Presentation and accessibility as an administrator.
- Accuracy of clocking and clocking out hours.
- Easy to use for our employees.
Cons
- I would LOVE LOVE for employees not to be able to clock in (and clock out) when they are outside a certain perimeter, like 30 feet from Client's location.
- Sometimes the "approve timesheet" page is bugging and is very slow when I check on EE hours weekly.
- The New deputy interface to add a new employees is bugging on my browser (Dissenter).
- Make Deputy work well on this browser: Dissenter.
- It has helped us make sure all shifts are filled in.
- Time saving as one page recaps it all for the week.
- It is also helping us save some info like emergency contact.
- Great tool to go back a few months or years earlier when we need to verify where / when a previous employee worked.
