Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy to manage staff for the entire organization, across 3 separate businesses. It caters to this well and allows me to manage all locations and staff remotely.
  • Scheduling.
  • Budgeting.
  • Rostering.
  • Reporting.
  • Reporting section could be more user friendly.
  • Better utilisation of awards and pay rates.
  • Saves time and money by simplifying rostering.
  • Saves rostering mistakes with availabilities.
  • Only pay for the the people who need access to Deputy.
I have used Deputy and other similar products, Deputy is much easier and more user friendly for the end user, and with simple back office actions, has every feature that you could want. It also quickly integrates with Xero to simplify payroll.

For the end user it is perfect. I think it could be a little easier to navigate the reporting page but otherwise I think it is a very user friendly tool for rostering and payroll.
All went smoothly and as planned.
Deputy is very well suited for Hospitality businesses. its features to allow shift notes, team messaging,, including the ability to require confirmation is very handy and a useful tool for a regulated industry such as the alcohol trade.
