Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We schedule through 35+ different service lines with 140 staff. Most service lines have multiple locations. Since the most recent update, the program does not load consistently, freezing very often, and there are several glitches. For instance, I currently cannot get our schedule to load - I've been trying for over an hour. When it was working and loading, we had to publish the same shifts multiple times for them to remain published. When we pull up one of our employees, we no longer can see their previous time sheets from the "people" section - which is not helpful to us when we are trying to switch people in a hurry. All of these things have made me begin looking for a new scheduling system. The not loading of the schedule alone has been a huge headache.
  • Support staff is nice.
  • Liked it before the update.
  • Reports - haven't been loading or loading improperly.
  • Schedule will not load and needs published repeatedly to remain published.
  • Viewing scheduled shifts and previous shifts in the people tab - why is this gone?
  • Timing out repeatedly.
  • Freezing.
  • I don't have time for this - I have to try and remember the schedule because it won't load.
