Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy takes care of our entire organisation's timekeeping needs. The integration with HospoIQ and our POS gives us live KPI data on our devices as to our labour usage against sales, which is invaluable. The new onboarding feature saves us a tonne of time as well. At the end of the week, we export the payroll into our payroll software KeyPay for processing, and our payroll is done in under an hour for 40 employees.

I have been using timekeeping software for years. Deputy stopped me in my tracks. It is easy to learn and easy to use. All the other products I have used are adequate, and in fact, some of the features outshine Deputy in some ways. But overall, Deputy is (to me) the market leader.

The uptake from staff and management has been fantastic.
We did not require any assistance in setting up Deputy. But we felt support was there if we needed it.
Xero, ResDiary, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Deputy is invaluable when it comes to receiving granular labour information. This is not without cost, but the cost is worth it if you have a large casual workforce. Deputy may not be suitable, nor cost-effective for smaller companies with less casual and more permanent staff. But the onboarding is a killer feature. I can't rate it highly enough.
