Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

Mainly the office admins use Dialpad Talk. I'm not sure if any other departments utilize it. This eliminates a need to have desk phones. Calls route to our cell phones and laptops which is convenient. I like the caller ID feature as well.

  • A lot of updates and need to call our tech support to clear them. No Admin privileges, but that may be on our company side

Dialpad Talk was already in use when I joined my role in Compass. I haven't needed to use meetings or video chat yet.

Dialpad Talk is convenient to use. I really like the voicemail to email feature. I also like how calls can be transferred from another office if another admin is out. Transferring calls is easy too.
