Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We are using DocuSign to quickly have online documents such as SOWs, PSA and RFAs signed by clients. It makes the background business process much quicker and allows the work to start sooner. Our clients can sign the documents from their mobile device or computer so there are no limitations on getting the document signed.

  • Very efficient.
  • Internet is always required, could use some type of offline mode.
  • On the fly editing would be easy for adjusting the document.
  • Ability to sign easier on laptop.
  • Faster transactions.
  • Quicker start dates.
It is a great tool, that helps both parties involved in the business process. It is also well known, many of our current and existing clients have already had it before doing business with them. Cuts out a lot of the back and forth process of negotiations and makes for faster start dates.

I would definitely recommend DocuSign, as it makes transactions and processes move so much quicker than having them email the document, sign, fax and scan back. The fact that a person can do all of this from their phone is a big plus in a constantly changing world.
