Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM

In my organization we use DocuSign for grant writing, and other memos that require an electronic signature.

  • Templates.
  • Less ads.
  • Expanded formatting & design.
  • Expanded fonts.
  • Electronic signatures.
  • Signature workflows.
  • It has a lot of flexibility because the document is transferable for signatures electronically.
  • It makes signage easier because of the workflow of where signatures are required by the assigned user.

Doc you sign as well suited to be use when closing on mortgage loans, dealing with letters and memos that require multiple signature workflows, and anything that relates to items that require signatures electronically. You can also be well-suited for employees who need to sign off on acknowledgments to policies and procedures.
