Overall Satisfaction with Domo
Our company is still new on using Domo as data visualization tools. However, since the visualization tool doesn't require much technical knowledge to build a data-set, Domo isn't only used by Engineering Department, but also Marketing and Revenue team. Its visualization drill down feature helps a lot on investigating root the causes of each phenomenon.

- various available data connectors
- task management feature, i.e. for assigning tasks
- good data access privilege
- increases site response time, since the site takes time to load
- Domo imports data-sets from the connector and treats it like CSV format, which gives us problems on importing irregular data types (e.g. fields with JSON format)
- more tutorials and how tos, especially on data-set management best practices
- PeriscopeData, Redash and ModeAnalytics
Domo provides various features: ETL tool, project management, and also data visualization tools. You can do the data preparation and also create the data warehouses by using Domo itself. Compared to other visualization tools I've ever used, Domo's self service visualization tool helps a lot: you can drag and drop easily to view the data in a different perspective. Besides that, you can share the report to people in your organization. Domo also provides several access levels on the dashboard (we call it pages), as well as the data-set. It helps on governing data access within the company.
