Dooly is being used by our Sales team for call notes and sales pipeline updates in Salesforce.
It eliminates data silos and having notes in multiple places. Sales reps can complete their notes in Dooly and have those automatically attach to multiple Salesforce records. Additionally, Dooly saves our sales team hours by not having to click into each Salesforce opportunity to update the next steps and other fields.

- A gmail integration would be nice - ability to update notes, add tasks, etc from Gmail
- Boards for pipeline management and CRM updates
- Notes and being able to update Salesforce fields in those notes
- Our teams forecast meetings are much faster
- Managers aren't constantly on us to update our CRM
